I'm afraid I know a lot more about custom boots than I do about factory-made boots. I haven't heard of many of the ready-made boot labels that folks e-mail me about. You might try posting your question on the "Quick Topic" discussion space.
Unfortunately, many small boot companies have come and gone since the huge popularity of the "Urban Cowboy" era of the late eighties and early nineties. The good news is that some of these boots were actually manufactured by distributors through 3rd-party contractual arrangements with longstanding boot companies. In some cases the "name-brand" has disappeared, but the boot company which actually built the boot is still around.
If you want to try to track down a pair-o-boots that have been "discontinued", I'd recommend you call Mr. Boots Reitzel at Tucson Boots. Many of my page visitors have purchased previously-owned boots from him, both worn and unworn, and have given me glowing recommendations. The folks at the Wild West Store also have a large selection of used and vintage boots on hand. They keep a "wish book" for those wearers looking for a certain size or brand. Good luck with your search.

Be sure you know what you're getting. There's a difference between custom-fit boots and some that are called "custom-made". Many costly materials and hours of hard work go into making a good custom-fit boot. (See my page on "What is a quality boot?")
A custom-fit boot requires several measurements of each of your feet, so that a bootmaker can first build a custom last, then use it to make a pair of boots to your exact measurements. Many boot companies on the internet sell "custom-made" boots...with these boots you often get to choose features like leather and thread colors, toe shape and heel height, however, the boots are made with standard lasts. It's up to you to get the best fit you can with standard sizes like 10, 10.5, 11 etc...(and for many folks this works out just fine).
