First off, Brent met me out at the gas station, out by the the highway... and had me follow him back to the house. Then his wife, Suzanne, fed me a very tasty breakfast ...and the three of us talked about bootmaking, the web, and the changes taking place in Arroyo Grande. Brent's spent much of his life in Arroyo Grande ...he's watched the roads widen, and the ranchland turn into suburbs.
