By attending a popular event... you can see the work of many bootmakers in a single afternoon. Something that just isn't possible if you're driving from shop to shop, any place other than El Paso.
Tip: Bring your checkbook. Bootmakers require a deposit when you place an order. Many still do not accept credit cards.
