Today, I'm off the the Black Cowboy Parade...it's a beautiful day for a parade. Then later, I'm going to the Oakland Musuem to listening in on a "conversation about shoes" with June Swann...she's an expert. I did a web search on her name...it turns out that she's the world expert on shoes concealed in buildings. They're supposed to hold evil spirits as far as I can tell.

I'll have some time in between...maybe I'll go to the library and do research for my book, or maybe I'll go stare out the waterfront. We'll see.
